We had numerous, duplicate systems (both SAAS and onsite systems) that made finding and storing information cumbersome and inaccurate. Engaging 365 Solutions Group allowed us to put some structure and efficiency to our work processes saving time, removing duplication and improving visibility and accuracy of our work in progress. We have also improved communications, increased opportunities for recognition of achievements and provided more accurate instructions for our team members. Working with 365 Group was very beneficial, they were professional, organized, very keen to understand our business well (and assist us to understand better), before implementing a roadmap of solutions. They assisted us in leveraging our staff’s skill and capability to improve the system we developed together.
