The App in a Day events are free one-day workshops where you will learn how to create custom business applications that run on mobile devices, without writing code, and share them inside your organization securely. Bring your laptop and your questions to this all-day interactive training.

Build a Canvas Power App
Understand and manage data in Microsoft Dataverse
Build a Model Driven Power App
Build a Power Automate workflow

Who should attend the training?

Anyone looking to expand their Power Apps and Power Platform knowledge. We cater to all levels of user, from CEOs to helpdesk technicians. You’ll need a certain level of digital aptitude, for example knowing how to login and make use of an ‘in-private’ browser, but no prior Power Platform knowledge is necessary.

Do you need to be an IT admin?

No, you do not need your own Microsoft environment with admin rights. You certainly can use your own environment if you have one, although during the training we provide a temporary login for you to run through the hands-on modules.

Do you get to choose the app you build?

The training is based on building a specific app to make it uniform for every attendee no matter when or where they attend. We deliver a Microsoft prescribed learning pathway to build an app to order devices, including back-office approval process, notifications and more. The outcome is that you will have a fair understanding of what is possible, and how to get started with your own Power Apps following the training.
