During the interactions with our Customers to understand their prevailing circumstances, requirements, and how we can provide relevant services to improve their operations, it is necessary for us to gather information about the Customer. 365 Solutions Group shall at all times comply with the Australian Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any other applicable legislation or privacy guidelines. All Customer Information shall be used only for the purposes of delivering services effectively to that Customer, be kept confidential and secure within our information systems, and used only in any manner deemed appropriate subject to all privacy and data protection laws and regulations applicable to the gathering, processing, storage and transmission of the Customer Information.
