Microsoft Teams has completely changed the way we communicate. It not only saves time in writing emails. Teams has also been instrumental in being able to facilitate meetings, agendas and conversations all in the one place now that work remotely has increased post COVID. Kim was really great at being able to support the process and answer any questions we may have in the few teams meetings I attended.
