With the help of 365 Solutions Group, we’ve been able to update some of our antiquated systems like our membership database from Access to SharePoint Environment. This has allowed us to streamline those processes to reduce the workload on our volunteers. From the membership application point of view, it feeds into SharePoint environment, which allows us to approve those members and from there it goes into our MYOB accounting processing system to accounts then also links to our security system to enable and disable security access to the base. Unfortunately, we were victims of Crypto last year, and with the help from 365 Solutions Group and the systems they have implemented for us, we recovered very quickly at minimum cost. 365 Solutions Group have been very instrumental in significantly reducing the workload for our volunteers.​
